Scott Album postage stamp page Liberia commemorates the 75th anniversary of Rotary International, pre-cancelled.I received this from my neighbor who is elderly and went to assisted living.Page is in mint condition however one stamp is not affixed centered in place (the 4th stamp of front side), it moves. If you would like it to be centered you could open the plastic cover and affix it however, I do not want to open the sealed plastic bag as I do not have a replacement bag.There are 5 stamps on the front side and one on the back. I am not a stamp collector so please look at photos for details and description. What you see is what you will receive as I only have this one.
