Liberia Scott # O98-110, Issued in 1918. Used, many with full dates. The 25 C has envelope paper adhering to the rear, the $5 looks to be a late usage. See the note in Scott after # 23. Values are for CTO, “POSTALLY USED SELL FOR MUCH MORE” I no longer ship to Russia, China, Vietnam, Italy, Romania, Croatia or Thailand without registered mail.
