Liberia Scott # O155 Issued in 1923. Mint Hinged. Scott lists the issue date for this stamp as 1926. Webb, Cockrill and Rogers all list is as 1923 which I believe is correct as postally used examples with 1923-25 cancels can be found. I no longer ship to Russia, China, Vietnam, Italy, Croatia, Romania or Thailand without registered mail. Shipping to other countries outside the US may require registered mail for an additional $17.50 for shipments valued over $25.00. If this is an issue please contact me before purchasing.
