Liberia # C69a, Issued in 1952. Additional postage required, these are large sheets 120 X 150 mm. Almost all of these I have seen have a small dot of color somewhere in the margin from the printing process or a gum wrinkle due to the very large size. I no longer ship to Russia, China, Vietnam, Italy, Romania, Croatia or Thailand without registered mail. Shipping to other countries outside the US may require registered mail for an additional $16.50 for shipments valued over $25.00. If this is an issue please contact me before purchasing.
