Liberia Scott # F30//34, Issued in 1918. MNH SHORT SET, No F32. Very typical gum for this issue some streaking or part gum. The Monrovia has staple holes in the margin. I no longer ship to Russia, China, Vietnam, Italy, Croatia, Romania or Thailand without registered mail.
