Liberia # Scott 15-19 Issued in 1919. Complete MINT Set. # F15 is Roulette only (no perf was issued), # F16-19 were issued both Perf and Roulette. Stamps are lightly hinged to hinge remnant. A few may have pencil notations on the rear. Centering will vary slightly on each set. I will no longer ship to the Russian Federation, China, Croatia, Romania, Vietnam, Thailand or Italy without registered mail.
