VERY RARE!!! Not many of these books existed. Printed in violet color of F13. Shipping to the US is via insured mail for $5.00 and to all other locations via registered mail for $23.00. Shipping is in a larger cardboard flat reinforced. The USPS raised the registration fee to $20.25 in July 20223, plus the fee based on weight and size.
