Liberia Scott # C78-81, Issued in 1954. MNH SHEETS. Shipping outside the US is by regular mail for $15.00. Shipped in cardboard mailer and considered a package by the USPS. I will no longer ship to the Russian Federation, Italy, Romania, Vietnam, Croatia, China or Thailand without registered mail. Registered mail is an ADDITIONAL $18.50.
