Liberia Scott # C67a, Issued in 1950. MNH perforate with UPU SPECIMEN JUBILEE Oveprint. Of course the control number will be differnt on each SS. The issued SS HINGED has a $24 CV, the specimen is much scarcer and the perforataed is scarcer than the imperf for the specimen. I no longer ship to Russia, China, Vietnam, Italy, Croatia or Thailand without registered mail. Shipping to other countries outside the US may require registered mail for an additional $15.50 for shipments valued over $25.00. If this is an issue please contact me before purchasing.
