Liberia Scott # C115, Issued in 1958. Mint NG as always for die proofs on card. Small pencil number on rear corner. I will offer the balance of my stock of 1958 flag issue DIE PROOFS next Sunday 5/14 to include those with hand painted flags and preliminary designs (essays). If you win more than one die proof lot PLEASE WAIT FOR AN INVOICE BEFORE PAYING, I may be able to lower shipping costs for multiple lots.
