Liberia Scott Type A148, Issued in 1958. Mint NG as always for die proofs on card. Small pencil number on rear corner. NOTE: In addition to an empty design the design detail at top left, left, and bottom are different than the issued stamps. Now the tablets are filled. If you buy more than one die proof lot PLEASE WAIT FOR AN INVOICE BEFORE PAYING, I may be able to lower shipping costs for multiple lots. I no longer ship to Russia, China, Vietnam, Italy, Croatia, Romania or Thailand without registered mail.
