Liberia Scott # 886-92, Issued in 1982. MNH No Gum as I assume they where issued. I haven’t seen these before, I am guessing that they were for some sort of presentation purpose. Designs are teh same as the issued stamps and SS. They are not on the issued paper but rather they are printed on a thicker card stock. I no longer ship to Russia, China, Vietnam, Italy, Croatia, Romania or Thailand without registered mail. Shipping to other countries outside the US may require registered mail for an additional $17.50 for shipments valued over $25.00. If this is an issue please contact me before purchasing.
