Liberia Scott # 369, Issued in 1958. Mint NG as always for die proofs on paper. I don’t believe 369 was ever issued with the PSOTAGE error, only 368 was actually issued thus. I will offer the balance of my stock of 1958 flag issue DIE PROOFS next Sunday 5/14 to include those with hand painted flags and preliminary designs (essays). If you win more than one die proof lot PLEASE WAIT FOR AN INVOICE BEFORE PAYING, I may be able to lower shipping costs for multiple lots. I no longer ship to Russia, China, Vietnam, Italy, Croatia, Romania or Thailand without registered mail.
