Liberia Scott # 330-31 C67a, Issued in 1950. MNH stamps are Perf and Imperf and the same with UPU JUBILEE SPECIEMN. The SS’s are imperf and imperf and perforate with UPU SPECIMEN JUBILEE Overprint. The issued SS HINGED has a $24 CV, the specimen is much scarcer and the perforated is scarcer than the imperf for the specimen. THE SS’s ALONE SELL FOR MORE THAN THIS LOT! I no longer ship to Russia, China, Vietnam, Italy, Croatia, Romania or Thailand without registered mail.
