Liberia Scott # 263, Issued in 1936. MNH. Two sheets were fed into the press to apply the surcharge at the same time, one sheet did not get the surcharge as it was covered by the other sheet. The entire surcharge can be seen imprinted in the stamp however. I no longer ship to Russia, China, Vietnam, Italy, Romania, Croatia or Thailand without registered mail. Shipping to other countries outside the US may require registered mail for an additional $18.50 for shipments valued over $25.00. If this is an issue please contact me before purchasing.
