Liberia Scott # 2465, Issued in 2007. CV is for one single perf stamp. Sheets of eight are unlisted, the IMPERF stamps are unlisted also. I will no longer ship to the Russian Federation, Italy, China, Vietnam, Croatia, Romania or Thailand without registered mail. Registered mail is an ADDITIONAL $20.50. Shipments valued $25 or over may require registration to some countries where I have had loses. PLEASE inquire BEFORE bidding if this is an issue.
