Liberia Scott # 230-31, Issued in 1928. Used. Holland West Afrika Line Cancel Cockrill # 71 Book 6, pages 12 & 15. Cockrill states this as an RR cancel. He states it is known used on four ships which he lists. This is a fifth ship that I haven’t seen before the REGGESTROOM. Second scan is from a cancel s/w that I used in an effort to get a clearer image..
