Liberia Scott # 229, Issued in 1927. Mint Hinged. Wide and narrow spacing between TWO CENTS and wavy line. Some DG on one and a bend on the other, thus reduced from my regular store price., On the first printing the space between the Two Cents and the wavy lines varies on each of the five rows. These are from the 2nd row (4.5 mm) and the 4th row (11mm). Obliterator lines are Rogers Type 1 and Type II. I no longer ship to Russia, China, Vietnam, Italy, Croatia, Romania, India or Thailand without registered mail. Shipping to other countries outside the US may require registered mail for an additional $20.50 for shipments valued over $25.00. If this is an issue please contact me before purchasing.
