Liberia Scott # 21, Mint NG. Generally believed to be a color trial, perhaps discarded due to poor results of the printing. They are NOT forgeries as they can be plated to the same ten types as the issue black. Shipping to other countries outside the US may require registered mail for an additional $19.50 for shipments valued over $25.00. If this is an issue please contact me before purchasing. Yes, the USPS raised their fees again on January 22nd, 2023. The fee for registration is now $19.05 plus a fee based on weight and size.
