Liberia 1944-6, 1C overprint on 10c President, The RARE variety with DOUBLE overprint, one in black (likely a handstamp) and one in brown applied by printing plate, I have had only about 3 examples in past 45 years (Scott no. 289A). The stamp has NO GUM and lower left corner is missing.
