Liberia 1921, the 1921 overprint on 20c flower, the 1921 is normal rather than inverted extremely rare thus, I have only had a few of these in 45+ years of selling stamps (Scott no. 201). The stamp is o.g. lightly hinged with minor gum soak at upper right corner. U.S. buyers free shipping, $1.60 to foreign addresses (no additional postage increase for multiple lots purchased same day, please use shopping cart feature for multiple purchases from my store).
