Liberia 1906, 15c lizard official, block of eight with freak comb perforations. The bottom left stamp is position “19” in the sheet of 20 which has the re-entry at left top. Cockrill does not mention that all values of the 1906 issue can be found with the Type 2 watermark. The different watermarks distinguish two separate printings with many different characteristics (Scott no. O50). The stamps have no gum.
