Liberia # 183-94, Issued in 1921. CTOs were cancelled for Buchanan, Grenville, Harper, Marshal, Monrovia, Rivercess, and Robertsport. There are 84 stamps in a complete set. This lot has 72. The Marshal and Rivercess stamps are the scarcest. I recently acquired these with a collection purchase, I put together a complete set of these some years ago, it took several years but the stamps do exist. I have sold well over 100 generic CTO sets of 183-94 on eBay for $5.00 each. These seven sets re much nicer. I will no longer ship to the Russian Federation, Italy, Romania, Croatia, Vietnam, Romania or Thailand without registered mail. Shipment to some other countries for orders totaling over $25.00 may require registered mail for an additional $18.50, please inquire before bidding if this is an issue.
