Liberia Scott # 157-59, Issued in 1916. Mint Complete Set, no gum as always. See note in Scott after # 20. See note in Scott before # 1. “Very fine stamps will have perfs just clear of design” These stamps were printed in the 1860’s for future use and were issued NO GUM in 1880. Thus they are over 150 years old. The paper has no gum and is quite brittle, therefore, it is very difficult to fund copies with all the perforation intact. I no longer ship to Russia, China, Vietnam, Italy, Croatia, Romania or Thailand without registered mail. Shipping to other countries outside the US may require registered mail for an additional $19.50 for shipments valued over $25.00. If this is an issue please contact me before purchasing.
