Liberia Scott # 1079-80, Issued in 1988. Separated perfs at one margin spot.Larger package required foe sheets, thus increased shipping fees. If multiple sheet lots ae shipped together the shipping fee may increase. I will no longer ship to the Russian Federation, Italy, Romania, Vietnam, Romania, Croatia or Thailand without registered mail. Registered mail is an ADDITIONAL $18.50. Shipments valued $25 or over may require registration to some countries where I have had loses. PLEASE inquire BEFORE bidding if this is an issue.
