Liberia Scott # 157, Issued in 1916. MINT, no gum AS ALWAYS (this surcharge set was on 1880 stamps and have no gum). See the note in Scott before # 1 regarding centering on this set. VF centering is with the perfs just clearing the design. I no longer ship to Russia, China, Vietnam, Italy, Croatia, Romania or Thailand without registered mail. Shipping to other countries outside the US may require registered mail for an additional $16.50 for shipments valued over $25.00. If this is an issue please contact me before purchasing.
