Liberia Scott # O156 with O155b, Issued in 1926. MNH. Note the O155b has the surcharge offset on rear. I have seen jus the fancy ornaments offset but I haven’t seen the entire surcharge before. I no longer ship to Russia, China, Vietnam, Italy, Croatia, Romania or Thailan without registered mail.
