Liberia 1894, two 4c elephant stamps from second O.S. official set, strong shade variation. In addition the “O S” overprints vary somewhat with one 0.5mm wider and slightly different shape to the letters, undoubtedly from separate printings (Scott no. O17). One stamp with hinge remnant, other is lightly hinged.
