Liberia Scott # F13, Issued in 1903. Color Proof in BLUE With INVERTED CENTER. FULL GUM, Probably MNH but has fine line cracking of gum so I am calling it Hinged. Some creasing at bottom. Cut right along the interior blue line just below the “10” from margin to right of “10”. Price reduced for condition. I no longer ship to Russia, China, Vietnam, Italy, Croatia or Thailand without registered mail.
