Liberia Scott # 291, Issued in 1944-46. Mint Hinged, Some DG which is very common as they sat in the humid Liberia post offices for 16 years before being locally surcharges due to WWII stamp shortgaes. I no longer ship to Russia, China, Vietnam, Italy, Croatia, Romania or Thailand without registered mail. Shipping to other countries outside the US may require registered mail for an additional $16.50 for shipments valued over $25.00. If this is an issue please contact me before purchasing.
