Liberia: 170 stamps on vintage Scott and Harris album pages. Mint and Used. The earliest stamps in this collection are from 1914 and go through the mid-1900s. The condition of all is from faulty to fine and all are or were hinged. The stamps on the black-backed stock sheet were consolidated from sparsely populated album pages.
