Up for bid is a used 1979 Liberia circulated stamp complete set of 50 Norman Rockwell Boy Scouts. This is a complete set of the 50 stamps that were issued. They all look to be circulated and post marked. The frame is old and not in very good condition as shown in the pictures. The wood frame measures 22″ wide X 18″ tall and 1-3/4″ thick.
